No more 2+hr long rides for a few days
I plan to go into the bike shop tomorrow to get re-fitted. I believe I grew a little bit. Went up Mt. Hamilton to the observatory yesterday and had lower back problems. On top of that, I bonked due to glycemic depletion. I was fairly close to passing out. ><
On the bright side, I was more than a minute faster on the last 7miles of the climb! :D It definitely didn’t help that I was...

I fucking hate when people’s love for an artist goes lower because apparently, that artist “went mainstream”. Okay, so you’re mad that someone became successful doing what they love?
